Do you charge for shipping?

  • On all prepaid orders shipping is free above Rs.1500
  • Rs.75 charged on prepaid orders less than Rs.1500
  • Rs.150 charged for cash on delivery orders less than Rs.1500
  • Rs.75 charged for cash on delivery orders above Rs.1500

Delivery of products by safe hands

Our goods are delivered by world's leading logistics company such as Fedex and Aipex.

Estimated time for delivery?

Majorly all products are dispatched within 24-48 hours. In case of few orders it will differ by one day or another for an item. Mostly all orders are delivered within 1-7 working days after dispatch date pan-india depending on the pin code accessibility. We serve 7000 pin codes pan-india

How do i track my order?

Since orders are dispatched in 24 – 48 hours, kindly track your order after 48 hours from the time of order being placed.

Once the order is shipped an email is sent to you with tracking number and the details of the logistic company. Orders can also be tracked on our website www.urban-trendz.com under track your order. In case you don't have login you will have to create one.

I have received a damaged product, what should i do?

If any damaged product is received by you please email us at support@urban-trendz.com and initiate the return process. The issue will be resolved at the earliest.

How do i make payment?

You can place your orders through credit card, debit card and net banking. We accept visa, mastercard, american express & diner's club cards.

We also provide cod (cash on delivery) option to our customers.

Can i email my questions or concerns?

You can email us at support@urban-trendz.com. Your query will be answered within 24 hours of working. For quick replies please mention urban-trendz in the message line and other details like your name, number, address and your order number in the message body.

Can i have my order gift wrapped?

Yes you can have your orders gift packed. We thank you to help make urban trendz your favourite accessory brand. Email us your request at support@urban-trendz.com mentioning your order id and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do i cancel the order i have placed?

Order can be cancelled before it has been packed at our warehouse. In case it has been already been shipped you may refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be initiated into your source account if payment was made through online payment gateway.

I have created a return request. When will i get the refund?

Refund will be initiated after we receive the item at our warehouse and it passes quality check. Refund time depends on the mode of the refund

  1. NEFT - time taken for the product to reach us plus 3 to 5 business days
  2. Online refund – time taken for the product to reach us plus 6 to 8 days
  3. For cod refund time taken is 15-20 working days. In case of Cheque it will be made as per billing name
