Returns & Exchange Policy

How do i cancel an order?

Tap on “my orders” section under the main menu of your app/website/m-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel. Refer to return policy for time limit.

Does my product qualify for a return?

  • The product must be in brand new condition, showing no sign if usage, should be unopened and sealed inside its original packing
  • All products purchased under promotions/sale/offers will not be exchanged or returned, unless they are damaged or defective

Item returned which does not meet the above specified condition will not be accepted, nor refunded, replaced, or exchanged in such case.

Received a damaged, incorrect or defective product?
Want to return a wrongly ordered or unwanted product?

In such case you must notify us within 36 hours of receiving the product:

  • By email at refund@urban-trendz.com specifying with your order number and return in the subject line
  • Mention the reason for return in detail

You can exchange your product and receive a replacement of the exact product or you can return the product we will arrange a reverse pick up. In case of product wrongly ordered or unwanted you can write to us and we will initiate a reverse pick up but you will have to bear reverse pick up charges.

Return/reserve pick up?

For a damaged, defective or incorrect product view ill arrange reverse pick up, in case reverse pick up not possible customer can self-ship the items to urban-trendz and in such case an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed through urban-trendz voucher.

For products wrongly ordered or not wanted you can return the product we will arrange a reverse pick up where you will have to bear reverse pick up charges which will be deducted from the product cost or from urban-trendz voucher issued.

This will be done post we receive the items

Please contact us for assistance in returning your products or if you require special assistance in returning incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise.


Within 48 working hours, after you return product arrives back at our location.
